After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a detailed summary. We aim to dispatch your package within one week.

Note: It is the buyers responsibility to make sure someone is home to receive the package as most of our products do not fit through the letter box.
Pre-orders are dispatched once a product is finished and arrives in our warehouse. An estimated dispatch date is mentioned on the product page.
Please note other items in your basket will be held until the pre-order product is finished. If you wish to receive your non pre-order items quicker, please order separately.
We do not accept returns of digital products, but offer a return policy on all physical items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your order to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excl. postage and packaging).

We do not take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We try to ensure that your vinyl arrives in the best possible condition, but given the fact these are being handled and transported across the world, small corner dings and minor seam splits may occasionally occur. If you’re a collector who requires mint condition we recommend picking up our releases from your local record store.
